NEET PG 2024 exam on July 7; cut-off date at August 15

National Eligibility and Entrance Test postgraduate (NEET PG) 2024 exam schedule: Today, the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) released the exam schedule. Applicants for medical schools can now view the comprehensive timetable on the official websites, nbe.edu.in and natboard.edu.in.

The schedule that was made public today indicates that the NEET PG 2024 test will take place on July 7, 2024. August 15, 2024, will be the deadline for determining eligibility to take the NEET PG 2024.

The NMC letter No. N-P018(20)/7/2023-PGMEB-NMC/000587 dated 03.01.2024, which superseded the NBEMS notice dated 09.11.2023 and rescheduled the conduct of the NEET-PG 2024 examination, which was previously announced to be tentatively held on March 3, 2024, was sent out, according to the official notice.NeXT (National Exit Test), a nationwide medical examination, is scheduled to debut in 2025 but has been postponed by a year. The exam was originally supposed to start in 2023. The Postgraduate Medical Education (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 have been replaced by new regulations. These regulations state that the current NEET PG exam will continue till the NExT is operational for PG admissions.
